Ah, quince paste! In memory of many scrumptious European cheese-boards, antipasto offerings, tapas and charcuterie. We’ve given this famous delicacy a distinctly local twist, with a glug of CSU Syrah and it hits the palate beautifully.
Created in collaboration with CSU Wines, our quinces are slow poached in the label’s stunning Syrah to create this thick, flavourful and aromatic quince paste that will elevate your favourite cheese.
Ingredients: Quince, CSU Syrah (red wine), water, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, star anise.
