Inspired by the traditional Middle Eastern side of tangy pickled turnips served with many Moroccan tagines, our local edition includes a medley of pickled vegetables, with a garlic and Middle Eastern spiced brine. It not only looks bloody beautiful, it tastes amazing too.
An impressive addition to any antipasto plate or board, this pickle is also great tossed through a salad or eaten straight from the jar. Our head chef has been known to pile it into a falafel wrap but really, how you handle this baby is your business!
