FAQ

How do I send a product as a gift?

Simply click the “Gift Instantly” button, insert the recipient email/phone number in the pop-up window and select the greeting card you would like to send.

How will the recipient receive the gift?

The recipient will receive your beautiful greeting card via email or text message and will be able to open the eGift online.

Can I send a gift without knowing the recipient’s address, size or style preference?

Yes, the recipient will be able to insert where they would like the gift to be sent to as well as adjust or exchange the gift for store credit.
The address and size you insert will be used as a backup.

When will the greeting card be sent?

When filling out the greeting card you can choose to send it now, or schedule it to be sent at a specific date.


BOOKING CONDITIONS

Dietary Requirements

Due to the set menu and nature of the cooking classes we CAN NOT cater to dietary requirements as the chef would have to create a separate set of recipes and teach this method, and the timeframe allocated for each class does not allow for this. Gluten intolerant/vegan and other health-based classes are listed on the website during the year.

Private Dinners & Events - Not all menu choices can cater to dietary requirements. We can, however, with warning AIM TO cater for dietary requirements that are advised SEVEN days prior to an event. Keep in mind that most of our dinners/events are multi-course and it is possible that not every course can be substituted depending on specific requirements.

Booking Confirmation, Cancellations and Refunds

Class is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Confirmation will be posted or emailed. Food I Am reserves the right to cancel or postpone if a class does not reach a minimum number or unforeseen circumstances occur. In this case you would be offered the choice to re book or a full refund.

Please choose your booking carefully as classes cannot be refunded however you may transfer to a comparable class being held within 6 weeks of the original booking date or with prior notice send someone in your place. Transfer to another class is acceptable with no less than two weeks notice. We do not credit “no shows”.

Important Information

Closed shoes must be worn during “Hands On” classes for safety. Children over the age of 14 are welcome to open classes. Check our website for extra classes, changes, guest chefs and important class details and culinary travels. Please check the expiry date on your gift voucher as an expired voucher will not be accepted.
