Love and lemons… Wagga’s spin on a North African delicacy. Local lemons preserved in salt with chilli, cinnamon, peppercorns and bay leaf from our kitchen garden. The result? A powerful punch of flavour to amp up your tagines, stews, salads and more!
Remembered fondly from our travels through the souks of Morocco and enjoyed at many roof top evening meals under the stars.
The flavour is jam-packed into those skins but be sure to rinse before use and discard the pulp for best results.
